Speed & Agility Program Information

This speed & agility program is designed for any player entering 9th through 12th grade. During this program players will be trained by the Brown & Gold soccer boys coaching staff. The program focuses on soccer specific speed and agility training with and without a ball, while emphasizing stamina and fitness. This program is meant to help the players kick off the summer and upcoming season with a properly focused and balanced fitness regimen.

Weather and Refund Policies

We will play through inclement weather, but in the rare case of a thunderstorm with or without lightning we will look to delay the camp as much as possible before cancelling. If we have to leave the field, but the weather gets better during our camp session that day we will look to return to the fields. There will be no refunds or make up days due to weather related cancelations. Our Make-Up date will be Saturday August 2nd same place and same camp times. WE WILL ONLY MAKE UP A CAMP DATE IF THE ENTIRE CAMP DATE WAS CANCELLED. WE WILL NOT BE MAKING UP SMALLER AMOUNTS OF TIME LOST.
